Who we are

Ace is operated by Otherworldly Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16656757, and is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at ade@fatukasigroup.com.

What we collect

The details you type in (company, role, interview date and stage), the job description and CV you supply, your email address, and a record of your purchase — amount, date and the payment reference. We don't receive your card details.

Why we hold it

To produce your interview pack, to let you come back to it later, and to support you if something goes wrong with a purchase.

Who sees it

Your documents are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your pack, and are not used to train models. Payment is handled by Paddle. Our database and sign-in links are provided by our hosting platform. Nobody else receives your CV.

Cookies

If you accept cookies, we load a Google Ads measurement cookie that tells us whether a visitor who clicked one of our ads went on to buy a pack. It builds no advertising profile and follows you nowhere else. If you decline, no tracking cookie is set at all. You can change your mind any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. You can remove everything yourself from the My packs page, or email ade@fatukasigroup.com and we'll do it. We keep the bare purchase record afterwards where tax rules require it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ade@fatukasigroup.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
