Company interview guides
What specific employers assess, how their processes usually run, and how to prepare for each.
- Revolut interviewRevolut interviews are known for pace and for a strong emphasis on ownership and measurable impact. Expect to be asked what you personally delivered, in numbers, and to be pushed on how quickly you got there.
- Monzo interviewMonzo interviews put unusual weight on values and on how you work with other people. Expect structured, written-down questions, an interviewer taking detailed notes, and real interest in how you make decisions rather than only what you achieved.
- Amazon interviewAmazon interviews are built around the Leadership Principles. Almost every behavioural question maps to one of them, interviewers take near-verbatim notes, and answers are expected in STAR form with data attached.
- Deloitte interviewDeloitte's UK process is highly structured: online assessments, a job simulation or immersive assessment, and a final interview that combines competency questions with a case or presentation relevant to the service line.
- PwC interviewPwC's UK process is assessment-led: online tests and a game-based or situational assessment, then an interview stage combining behavioural questions with a case or business discussion. Motivation for the specific business area is heavily weighted.
- Accenture interviewAccenture interviews usually combine behavioural questions with a case or scenario relevant to the practice you have applied to, plus role-specific technical questions for technology positions. Motivation for consulting and for client work is assessed directly.
