Refund policy

The short version

If your pack isn't useful, email ade@fatukasigroup.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you. You don't have to justify it at length — tell us what was wrong so we can fix it.

Digital delivery and your cancellation rights

Your pack is a digital product delivered immediately. By buying it you ask us to start straight away and accept that you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once it has been generated. We choose to offer the refund above anyway.

When we may decline

We may decline a refund where a pack has been bought repeatedly and refunded, or where there is clear abuse. Not being offered the job is not itself grounds for a refund — the pack prepares you, it can't decide the outcome.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, usually within five to ten working days. Once a refund is issued, access to that pack is removed.
